I recently had the pleasure of meeting Don Ernesto Lima, one of the brothers who own Finca Santa Josefina Natural. Don Ernesto and Don Fernando have been coffee farming all of their lives. Their farms are located near the peaceful little mountain town of Ataco, a favorite vacation destination for urban dwellers to get away from city life. This natural processed coffee from Finca Santa Josefita is one of their finest. The beans are dried while still inside of the fruit, bringing out the flavor of the actual coffee cherry itself.
Medium/Dark Roast: Big body, sweet, dry, notes of raspberry.
